Alan Mortensen Retained by Family Of A Victim In Peru Helicopter Crash

Alan Mortensen have been retained by one of the families in the N241 CH-47 Boeing 234LR Helicopter crash that occurred outside of Pucallpa, Peru, killing all seven on board. Mr. Mortensen is investigating whether a valid wrongful death claim can be brought. The CH-47 was owned by Columbia Helicopters from Portland, Oregon. While the crash just recently occurred on January 7, 2013, Mr. Mortensen has already travelled to Lima, Pucallpa and the crash site. They have met with investigators from the NTSB, FAA, the Peruvian Civil Aviation Authority, Boeing, Honeywell (the manufacturer of the engine), Columbia Helicopters and local fire and police departments to gather information and evidence.
