Jetliner Air Safety Debate Sparked by Boeing Suit Settlement

A former flight attendant may be the first person in the U.S. to settle a lawsuit against Boeing Co. for a faulty aircraft design which allowed toxic fumes into the cabin cauing tremors, memory loss and headaches. Though the amount and specific details of the settlement were not made public as a condition of the settlement agreement, 250,000 pages of company documents turned over by Boeing to the plaintiff's legal team will likely heat up the long time battle over cabin air safety in commerical jetliners.
