Alan W. Mortensen representing victims in Kaysville Frontrunner accident

Alan W. Mortensen has been reatined to represent the victims of a Frontrunner accident in Kaysville. Clara Lewis and her two children were driving in their minivan and were struck by Frontrunner on November 14 after getting stuck in between the crossing arms of the tracks.

The two children sustained minor injuries and are recovering at home. After 45 days in the hospital, Clara returned home December 29. For more information on her homecoming go to: ksl.com

After the accident, another woman came forward and said the same thing happened to her just days earlier but she was lucky enough to get out before she was hit by an oncoming train. To read more about her story visit: The Deseret News.
